Terms of Use

These terms govern the Verified Truth Alexa skill and the services at verifiedgreen.ai, operated by Arcane Solutions, LLC ("we," "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use them.
1. What the service is
Verified Truth answers questions by consulting multiple independent AI models and comparing their answers. In verified mode it queries several models and reports both the answer and the degree to which they agreed. In standard mode it returns a single-model answer.
2. What "verified" means — read this one
"Verified" describes a process, not a guarantee. It means several AI models were consulted and their agreement was measured. It does not mean an answer is true.
Models can agree and be wrong together. Sources can be outdated. Questions can be ambiguous in ways that produce confidently wrong answers. We built this service specifically because single-model AI hides its uncertainty — but surfacing uncertainty better is not the same as eliminating error, and we make no claim that it is.
Verify anything that matters before you act on it.
3. Not professional advice
Nothing the service produces is medical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and no professional relationship is created by using it. Do not use it to diagnose or treat a health condition, to make legal or financial decisions, or in any circumstance where being wrong carries real consequence. Consult a qualified professional.
In an emergency, contact emergency services.
4. Free tier and limits
Verified answers are limited to three per user per day, resetting at midnight UTC. Standard-mode answers are unlimited.
When you reach the limit, we tell you plainly and offer a standard answer. We will not serve you a standard answer and describe it as verified.
We may change these limits. Material changes will be announced before they take effect. Access is provided as-is and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law; to generate content that harms, harasses, defames, or infringes; to attempt to extract our prompts, model configuration, or internals; to automate, scrape, or resell access; to circumvent usage limits or authentication; or to probe or disrupt the infrastructure.
We may suspend access for any of the above.
6. Your content
You keep whatever rights you have in the questions you ask. You grant us a limited licence to process them to produce answers and to operate and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Don't submit anything you lack the right to submit.
7. Our intellectual property
The service, its interfaces, its underlying consensus architecture, and all associated software and documentation are owned by Arcane Solutions, LLC and protected by intellectual-property law, including pending patent applications. These terms grant you no licence to that intellectual property beyond ordinary use of the service.
Answers you receive are yours to use.
8. Third-party services
Producing an answer requires transmitting your question to third-party AI model providers. Their availability, accuracy, and policies are outside our control. Amazon Alexa is a service of Amazon.com, Inc. and is governed by Amazon's own terms; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.
9. No warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT ANSWERS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCANE SOLUTIONS, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits; where that's true, they apply to the fullest extent permitted.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Arcane Solutions, LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms or of applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by disabling the skill. We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or to protect the service. Sections 2, 3, 7, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue lies in the state or federal courts of Orange County, California.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change and material changes will be announced. Continued use after changes take effect is acceptance.
